Restaurant
We have two fully licensed restaurants at our lodge offering delicious cuisine. These are the main Vingerklip Lodge restaurant and the “Eagles Nest”. Day visitors are welcome at the Vingerklip Lodge restaurant, however it is advised to phone ahead to secure your booking.
The Eagles Nest restaurant serves dinner buffet only and is located up on the plateau. Capacity is limited to 20 people, with a surcharge of N$100 per person.
Unforgettable Dining
Eagle’s Nest
This restaurant is nestled on top of the plateau offering views only reserved for eagles. The sundowner deck extends from the restaurant to the tip of the plateau. Once the sun goes down, a mostly traditional Namibian dinner buffet will be served.
The atmosphere and views from here are simply breathtaking!
A booking for this restaurant is essential since we only have seating capacity for 20 people. There is also a N$100 surcharge.
The Eagle’s Nest restaurant is accessed via a short walk and a climb up a metal staircase, not recommended for people with walking disabilities or vertigo.

Vingerklip Lodge
Restaurant & Bar Gallery
The Vingerklip Lodge restaurant is in the same area as the reception and the bar. Here we serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. All of our food is prepared with dedication and love.
We like to support the local businesses and source most of our ingredients from them. Breakfast and Dinner is buffet, while lunch is a-la-carte.
If we have only a few guests, we sometimes take the whole restaurant outside and serve dinner under the Namibian sky.
